Crystalline Entertainment takes the safety of the venue, clients, guests of the event, and the performers seriously. Photos, videos or a walk-through is required from the venue before booking fire performers to ensure the venue is suitable for safe performance. This includes checking things such as escape routes, ventilation, checking for flammable or combustible material, ceiling height and more. A detailed fire safety map of the venue and performance area will be made and given to the venue owner and AHJ before booking. A sliding ratio of 1:1-1:4 of safety personnel:fire performers will be decided based on the acts to be performed and the venue. All performers which are hired by Chrystaline Entertainment are required to carry insurance and must complete the FAI Fire Safety Certification Course.
